For Custom Designs please be aware that it will take 2- 9 weeks to make and ship depending on the design.

All orders will be shipped out 5-7 business days after your purchase. You will receive an email tracking information once your order has been shipped. For shipments within the United States delivery will take between 7-14 days. For international shipments, delivery will take between 1-3 weeks.
Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

If a product bought from us is ripped or torn and you would like it repaired, please take a picture and send it to us to repair it.

Any hair accessories orders are FINAL. Due to sanitary purposes, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Custom Designs are final due to the specific measurements of the individual. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If you received a damaged item, photos MUST be taken on the same day of the arrival and emailed to diademsdesign@gmail.com. Must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
Our bags and apparels can be returned 30 days after purchase. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. If we receive a return and it has been worn or damaged, we can only offer Diadem’s Design credit.
Return shipping will be paid by the buyer unless there was an error on our part.
Refunds will be processed once received and inspected by Diadem’s Design. You will receive your refund after inspection in 3-5 business days.
If a bag was purchased and the buyer would like to exchange it. It will take 1-2 weeks to receive a replacement bag.
